I want to start introducing myself as a person and maybe give a little insight into how my life has been and how life has made me become the person that I am today.

I´m not sure where to begin so let's just start from when I was a little girl.

My mother and father got divorced when I was around 2 years old because of my father's alcoholism and I was raised by a mother that is what I call a superwoman. She took care of me and my sister while she was in school and working 3 jobs.

I now know that she sometimes even starved to be able to have food on the table for us, but at that time she never complained or even let us know how hard it was for her at times.

Having her as my role model made me the strong independent woman that I am today.

I have always been called a little ball of energy. I am used to lighting up every room that I enter when I join in with my bubbly attitude and a big smile that needs a lot to come down.

Let´s say I have always loved to be in the spotlight and now after having my sons, my interests go towards helping others.

Last few months I have spent helping others and I have been told that I am a good motivational speaker and that I should start putting my focus on helping out other people around the world.

A lot of people might judge me for my past work in the modeling industry and what choices I have made in my life, but I am sure that many will want to follow my work after getting to know me better and realizing that I am just a person like you and that I have had the courage to follow my dreams even though I have been judged by so many.

The more the negativity that I have gotten from people, the more wood it has to been on my fire to do better.

I hope you all can see me as the person that I am on the inside and have faith in what I am hoping to do here.

I want to help as many people as possible to gain belief in themselves and at the same time get healthier and also a fitter body.

With good physical health follows a good mental state.

Before I stop writing I want to explain my choice of name for this campaign/movement.

I chose the name: The road to a healthy and fit body.

When I say healthy and fit body I do not mean any type of body in particular.

I want to embrace all sizes, shapes, age. We are all different and we can all have a fit and healthy body.

I am going to make plans that work in at least 5 main categories and of course, every category will have a few subcategories for specifics.

• Healthy life
• Loose weight
• Get fit
• After birth body
• Eating clean
